The property that I'm speaking about is known in Marshall County as the "Judy Bounds" property.  This property has not been on the market before.

Ms. Bounds's death was in 2009 and her heirs are interested in selling the property since they have no expertise in ranching and/or farming.

The three tracts are separated by several miles:

  (1) Black Land Farm Tract---Approximately 800 acres

  (2) Highway 32 West---Approximately 500 acres.

  (3) Highway 70 (Between Kingston & Madill, West of Baptist Village)---          Approximately 500 acres.
