Having been raised in Marshall County, Madill and Lake Texoma areas, I have familiar with most of the resort areas and the rural ranch lands. 

My family owned and operated a cattle ranch near the north dam (just north of the Pure Camp) approximately twenty (20) years.  I was active in the Future Farmers of America program was selected as an Oklahoma Star Farmer my senior year in high school. During my high school years, I showed numerous Angus breed animals at the local fair and fat stock shows.
